Frequently Asked Questions

Our customers have spoken! Here are the top 10 things our customers want to know about doing business with us.

Q1.) Do I have to open an account to order products from you?

Not at all. You can simply place your order by phone, fax or e-mail and we will issue a proforma invoice. Once payment has been received your goods will be despatched. Alternatively, a number of products are available through our retail shop on-line and can be purchased using card facilities.

Q2.) How do I open an account?

Simply download an account opening form, complete and return it to us. We will undertake a credit check on you and contact your referees before opening your account. Your first three orders will generally be on proforma invoice after which we would hope to offer you credit terms and limit.

Q3.) When will my order be delivered?

Our production is organised to ensure delivery by the ‘Due Date’ stated on your purchase order. Local janitorial orders are delivered within 48 hours, although urgent orders can be delivered same day where required. Full delivery information for web sales is available on each product page in our on-line shop.

Q4.) What about delivery charges?

Pallet orders on direct credit accounts are generally delivered free of charge. Smaller parcel orders incur a small charge to cover P&P costs. Shipping costs for web sales can be calculated prior to check-out and are dependent on consignment weight and postcode. We use a number of carriers, and these may vary depending on their costs and performance.
